Kyampisi Children’s Choir started in 2009 with the main aim of advocating for the children that have been brutally killed and those that have been Survivors through the practice of Child sacrifice. Their advocacy through Uganda has brought the attention of the government and International bodies to respond to the issue of child sacrifice. Their first Album, Heal Our Land, has been a tool of advocacy used by radios and Televisions and internationally media like BBC UK, The Project Australia, Evangelical organization, Netherlands and many more to reach millions with an appeal message of telling the world not to be silent. Each of the children in the choir has a painful story, yet they sing with Joy and Hope to heal others who will listen to their voices.
We are a small charity with A Big Vision called to a divine restlessness until the most vulnerable children among us are free from the specter of child sacrifice, trafficking and horrible experiences of poverty and neglect. We act with urgency in our pursuit for justice.
